Our commitments
Products sent for review
When a company sends us a product or an account to test, it comes with no conditions, and the review says it was supplied by the company.
Conflicts of interest
Anyone writing for us with a personal or financial tie to a company they cover either steps back from that article or says so in it.
A fair right of reply
If a company believes we've got a fact wrong, we check it and correct it.
Reporting a concern
If you think we've fallen short of any of this, write to editorial@mashjoy.com. The editor reads every message.
